this 5* hotel with conference facilities was sited in the heart of the business area of tehran. the key challenge for conrad was to accommodate the brief onto a compact corner site, leading to the necessity to vertically stack the hotel and conference facilities from a small footprint so as to free up adequate areas at ground level to provide satisfactory access for hotel servicing and the sub terranian car park.
